The Inside Wire Maintenance Agreement provides for the time and materials to repair or replace the telephone wire located inside the household.

The Inside Wire Maintenance Agreement excludes repair or replacement of the telephone wiring not installed to industry standards. Customers accepting this option are charged a modest $.50 per month.

In absence of the Inside Wire Maintenance Agreement, if the cooperative is called to a household, the repair charges would approximate $100.00-$120.00. This charge is based on a trip charge, labor and materials.

Telephone Equipment

Customers may use their personal telephone equipment or they have the option to rent telephone equipment from the cooperative.

The monthly rental rate on the cooperative provided phones varies from $1.00 to $1.75 per month. The monthly rental rate includes all maintenance on the telephone equipment.
