If you have trouble with your Digital
Video Service after 5 p.m. you no longer have to wait until the next
day to try to get it fixed. Call 778-2121 and you will be prompted
to push 1 for video tech support. Video tech support will
troubleshoot with you to get your problem resolved. If your problem
does not get resolved, video tech support will notify Griswold
Telephone. Video tech support is available when Griswold Telephone
is not and is a free service.
