Billing Cycle and Due Date​

Griswold Cooperative Telephone Company telephone bills are mailed the 10th of every month and are due upon receipt. The bills indicate a payment date no later than the 30th of the month. Payments not received by the 30th of the month are subject to disconnection and late fees. Delinquent notices are mailed the day following the 30th.

Local telephone service is billed in advance. Tolls, however, are billed in arrears. For example, the December 10th billing includes local service for the month of December and toll calls from November 1st through the 30th.

Online Bill Pay

Welcome to Griswold Cooperative Telephone Company's online bill pay. Safely and conveniently pay your bill online 24/7 with your debit or credit card.

Before using online bill pay for the first time, users need to contact the business office to set up a billing account password or security question. Call us at 778-2121 or stop in at 607 Main St. in Griswold.

After setting up an online account username and password you will see a screen that says My Accounts. Enter your 10 digit telephone number or 10-11 digit account number in the Gain Access to Account box. You will then be prompted for your billing account password or security question. Your amount due and account info will display and you can proceed to make your payment.

Easy Pay

Easy-Pay is a service that is an automatic payment of your Telephone and Cable TV bills. The amount due is deducted directly from your checking account. Easy Pay is convenient, easy and more importantly accurate and reliable.

With Easy Pay you will continue to receive your monthly statement so you will know what you owe for the current month billing. That amount will then be automatically deducted from your checking account on the 15th of the month.

We also accept credit or debit card payments.  Stop in to make your payment or call us at 778-2121 and we can process your payment over the phone. 

Drop Boxes

The Telephone Company has drop boxes located in each of the four exchanges for telephone payments. Please note that when using the drop boxes, payment is requested by the 25th of the month to insure proper credit to the bill before payment due date. The addresses for drop box locations are as follows:
